Sriram Industries operates from a premier manufacturing facility within the CMDA Industrial Complex, Chennai. Our location serves as a strategic logistical gateway, providing seamless multimodal connectivity to the National Highway, Chennai International Airport, and major Seaports, ensuring rapid global export fulfilment.

We maintain a dedicated 20,000 sq. ft. precision forging facility at Malrosapuram which is very close to our machining facility, this facility is equipped with an advanced electric furnace, this unit specializes in the high-integrity forging of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous components (up to 25kg), providing us with complete control over our feedstock quality and supply chain resilience.

Our facility houses a high-runner manufacturing infrastructure designed for sub-micron accuracy and high-volume output:
• 60 CNC Machining Centers
• 38 Vertical Machining Centres (VMC)
• 19 Sliding Head Automats (Swiss Turning)
• Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) & Support Infrastructure
• Certified Welding & Fabrication Units
• Precision Standard: Achieving tolerances up to ±0.005 mm for mission-critical assemblies.

We drive productivity through Robotic Automation integrated directly into our CNC TC lines. This Smart Manufacturing approach ensures absolute consistency for high-runner components while mitigating manual error. All operations are governed by a centralized ERP system, providing real-time production tracking, inventory transparency, and full batch traceability.

Our manufacturing loop is completed by a comprehensive suite of in-house technical services:
• Surface Engineering: Ultrasonic Cleaning, Tumbling, Lapping, and Burnishing.
• Marking & Identification: Precision Laser Marking for part traceability.
• Technical Testing: Rigorous Hydro Testing and NDT protocols to ensure pressure integrity.

We possess deep technical SMEs in machining a wide spectrum of materials, from Standard Steels and Aluminium to High-Nickel Alloys, specialized Brass, and Engineering Plastics. Our machining window ranges from micro-precision (1mm Dia) to large-scale components (600mm Dia).
